Atomic habits, one of the most inspiring books by 'James clear' opens up the deep layers of our minds. This book compels us to think from a different perspective to achieve success. It touches every aspect of small things we never care about in our daily life. But actually, these are the small habits that one day bulk up to bring you towards a higher pinnacle of success.

we all human beings want to get instant results with less effort. And don't focus on the daily habits and tasks and improvement done which would enhance your skills and abilities to make you reach one step closer to your destination. Big actions with fewer efforts will not give you the results, small actions with more effort would do so.

you become what you do. So, perform all sorts of things daily to make you the person you want to be.

This book discusses all the aspects of developing habits, how our mind reacts toward good habits, how to get rid of procrastination, how to maintain these habits after it is getting build, and much more.

after having finished this book, you would be a totally different person with a different perspective. Such self-help books are significant to nudge your thoughts toward a new and different perspective. The main obstacle in our path to success is our notions,  perceived since our childhood. to be a successful person, we must be having an open mind ready to engross knowledge, and be open to all possibilities. Expand your vision and explore everything. You would definitely create a goal for yourself. For finding a goal, choose something which can not distract you from your natural behavior. Select your job in such a way that you can do that with ease and others find the same thing difficult. Don't ever try to be someone else, it would destroy you and your growth. Try to be yourself with polished skills.


Habits, this little word seems small but this mere word has so much power in it that it can build a man or can destroy one as a result of absorbing bad habits, the book written by James Clear reveals all its secrets. Through this book, James wants to convey the message to all the readers that no one is born extraordinary. It is their daily habits that make them so. The book is phenomenal. James touches on all the subtle habits that seem negligible to us in our day-to-day life, but when contemplated properly, and put into action regularly, can bring incredible growth in your performance and get reflected in the results. language is simple and apt. 

The author makes it clear that each and every reader has the inherent ability and talent to be a great person. They only need a goal and these habits are the paths to reach there. James had gone through a detailed analysis before writing this book. And that's why he had been able to serve us with the finest strategy to get success and see the results by providing different case studies, examples, and his own opinion also.

He tells us how single steps can build up your habits and brings you a sense of confidence. He also tells how a negative habit can destroy a person slowly throughout their life.

The strategies I like most in this book are 2 minutes strategy and the habit stacking strategy. How James describes subdividing the actions in a 2-minute rule is astounding. His other method is the habit stacking strategy, in which planning the next habit is done before the completion of the previous one. This book provides a detailed study of behavior change through habits and makes you see things from different perspectives. Must go through this. It's a great book for students who suffer from a lack of motivation and want to pursue their dreams but can't find out the possible ways. It is also suitable for those adults who got trapped in bad habits and can't able to get out of them. I found it astounding, you may find it too.
