The book "How to win friends and influence people " by Dale Cargenie, shows a deep study of different 
human minds and their functioning and aligning them with a common success which means, "Profit for all and loss for no one".
Cargenie reveals in this book the ways of handling situations by handling people. The way of handling people by Cargenie is slightly different from the common perspective. And that's why his different thinking skills made him unique from the rest of the world.

Some of the great formulas he gave are;
  • tell the truth instead of making alibis.
  • be a good listner instead of bragging.
  • believe in praising, not in yelling.
  • accept your own fault and use it as an example to improve others rather than condemning others.
  • start admiring others for their good and hard work, because everyone has a mere desire, that is the desire of admiration.
  • apply dramatization to make your points understand by others, because, sometimes dramatization can achieve what simple words can't.
  • try to understand others and their point of view by keeping yourself in their place. Bring them a sense of belongingness.
  • try to avoid arguments, as it is a never-ending process.
  • get a "yes" in response from the opposite side through your words.
  • stop following fault-finding methods, and start appreciating others.
The motive of cargenie is to build strong relationships with others without frowning, arguing, criticizing, and proclamation. He always extracted other ways of handling a situation in his every chapter and promotes politeness, softness, admiration, and motivation as his main tool.

A great book by a great writer. It amazed me a lot with its amazing facts. The author successfully elaborated the facts with suitable examples. The secrets given in this book are applicable in real life and benefit us mentally as well as socially.
This book helps in making our social relationships better. The strategies are explained in such a way that it not only benefits the applier, it benefits the receiver also. The way he explains how to deal with different situations with a discrete mindset is magnificent.

In the first chapter, it has been explained how to avoid arguments and it was astounding. Because his mindset and ways of thinking are distinctly shown in his succeeding chapters. As he proceeds, he opens up the limitations of our minds and makes us see things from a broader perspective.
This book teaches us that the benefit of the whole is more important than the benefit of a single one. How to let others grow by a single praising word is explained in detail in this book. This book can change one's perspective toward others.

The terms yelling, bewildering, resentment, and frowning has been successfully replaced by the words motivation, admiration, praise, and acceptance with proper logic and reasoning.

The person who can see his growth in others is actually a great person. Resentments create resentments. so why not create kindness in return for kindness and multiply it hundred times by spreading it.
Kind behavior and a soft heart with mindfulness and proper understanding can get things done that anger and jealousy can't.
I like the quote from this book, "be wiser than other people if you can, but never tell them so".
This means a wise person is not the one who always brags about his achievements and greatness all the time, wise persons are those who keep themselves very humble and kind. They don't believe in boasting, and they have bigger visions. They don't get entangled in quarrels. It seems very futile to them and that's why they follow non-violent methods to get the results. 

The language used is simple but the selection of vocabulary seems slightly tough with some lengthy chapters, but the main motive to clarify all the points is successfully represented with suitable examples.
Good book for adults and working people. They could relate to and understand the points in a much better way.
This book is an archive of all the tools necessary for making a good relationship between friends and family members. This book squeezes all the strategies and principles to influence others by being humble.
